 Steaua Bucarest, officially FC Steaua Bucuresti,is a Romanian football club based at Ghencea Stadium, Bucharest.
 Founded on 7 June 1947 as ASA Bucureşti, the club changed its name several times before settling on Steaua in 1961.
 Alongside the two European trophies, they are also the current record holders for National Championships, Romanian Cups and Romanian Super Cups.

 Founded in 14 May 1948 Unirea Tricolor MAI- newly entered, in January 1948, under of the Internal Affairs Ministry— merges with "Ciocanul Bucuresti" and forms "Dinamo Bucureşti", the sporting club representing the above-mentioned institution. The current Dinamo Stadium was inaugurated on 14 October 1951.

 Fotbal Club Rapid Bucureşti is a Football Club of Bucharest, Romania.
 It was founded in september 1923 by a group of workers of the Grivia workshops under the name of "Cultural and Sporting Association CFR" (in Romanian: Asociaţia culturală şi sportivă C.F.R.). Rapid won four Romanian championships (in the unofficial, war edition, of 1942, and then in 1967, 1999 and 2003) and the Romanian Cup on thirtheen occasions. In 2006, Rapid became an incorporated company, its largest share-holder being George Copos, a wealthy Romanian businessman.
